Scott Ford started selling seed in1995 and was hired as the associate sales rep for Pioneer in 2006. In 2013 he became the sales rep and changed the agency name to Hi-Line Ag. Since then, the agency has become known for service that goes above and beyond to help every customer succeed.

“People know we’re going to be honest and genuine with them,” says agency owner Scott Ford. “We meet with them, learn all we can about their operation, and then take what we know from our field analysis and suggest the hybrid that will provide the highest yield.”

Scott is also a partner of Cross Diamond Cattle Company, a Red Angus seed stock operation. In addition, they raise both irrigated and dryland corn and soybeans. An active corporate citizen in the Bertrand area, Hi-Line helps support the FFA and 4-H chapters and sponsors numerous school functions and fundraisers.

Hi-Line Ag has received several awards from Pioneer over the last eight years, including the 2021 “Best Is Yet” award.
